Refund Policy

Consulting engagements may be rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the original date. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are nonrefundable. If we cancel a session, you may opt for a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Digital materials may berecovered within 14 days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred. Refunds will be issued by reversing the original fee using the same channel used at purchase.

Goods

Physical productsrecovered in original condition may be sent back within 30 days of delivery.recovery shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the goods.

No-Refund Situations

Transfer of Services
